Tiny Habits to Overcome Life’s Hardships with Linda Fogg-Phillips

44 Linda Fogg Philips S.COM 1024x682

Linda Fogg-Phillips, M.S., was at her lowest when she began implementing the tiny habits method. On the advice of her brother and now business partner at Tiny Habits Academy, she started her mornings with a micro-celebration before jumping into the day.

Within three days, she had a shift in mindset and went from victim mode to victor mode.

This week, she talks with In the Details host Karen Allen about the power of creating good habits and outlines the skills for learning habit formation.

Due to traumatic events, Fogg-Phillips became the main provider for her family. And with eight children depending on her, she needed to reframe how she thought about her behavior.

In this episode, she explains the concept of pearl habits, which are a way to reframe a situation, diffuse anger and find the positive. She also discusses what it’s like to work with a sibling, deal with guilt and grasp the transformative habit of gratitude
