Practicing Gratitude in 2020

[Graham Smith] 2020 has been such a tough year. It’s been so stressful.

[Zain Pirani] 2020 has been a tough year for everyone. It’s been really hard to find moments of gratitude.

[Lori Bush] Uncertainty is the worst thing when it comes to mental health and wellbeing.

[Graham Smith] As bad as 2020 has been, just remember it could get so much worse. If you’re watching this video, just be grateful for the fact you’re even alive.

[Nicci Levy] I think 2020 has been a major reminder of the importance of the practice of gratitude.

[Lori Bush] Too often we’re inclined to be focused on what’s next, and we miss what’s special right now.

[Graham Smith] Taking some time to remember even the small things in life that you appreciate, the small things in life you’re grateful for, is gonna make you feel so much better.

[Nicci Levy] In such uncertain times, we tend to lean heavily on the things that matter most to us. And for me that’s family, friends, relationships, my work.

[Graham Smith] It’s all those things in life that help support you and help get you through, because I guarantee you without any of them, there’s no way any of us would have made it through 2020.

[Zain Pirani] Those little things can be overlooked so easily, and I’ve learned to really appreciate it this year.
