Their daily habits have helped them achieve their goals. Putting these habits into practice isn’t easy, but it is a first step toward achieving your goals. Take the time to visualize what you want to achieve. People who write down their goals and share them with a friend are 33 percent more likely to achieve those goals. Take time to rest. Try meditating for a few minutes at the start of each day to clear your mind. Setting this time aside can help you order your day and prepare you for the challenges you’ll go toe-to-toe with daily.
