Soltis recently helped build and dedicate a home in Ohio, dubbed the Hulda Avenue House, to a local family on May 14, 2022. Additionally, the contributing team at ChoiceLocal, who helped construct the house with the family, was there with the recipient family and partake in the enjoyment.

“The ceremony was on a Saturday morning, and it was a fun and moving time for our team,” Soltis says. “We got to see all of the hard work pay off, admire the finished home and celebrate with the family as we dedicated their new house to them.”

Ground was broken on the property roughly nine months prior to the unveiling. The ChoiceLocal team performed a house blessing on the lot and then began working on the volunteership through the spring and into the summer. The project brought the family and staff all closer together, with most garnering new skills in home maintenance and construction.

Serving others

ChoiceLocal sponsors the Habitat for Humanity headquarters, located in Cleveland, Ohio. Soltis and his staff have engaged across many different partnerships to aid in both domestic and international organizations. The goal is simple: to make the world a better place.

Additionally, ChoiceLocal also sponsors local families at Christmas each year, offering gifts, food and decorations to families in need. Having lost a child themselves, Soltis and his wife also provide bereavement assistance to children and families who have also lost loved ones. The money raised by ChoiceLocal goes to scholarships, summer camp payments, school meal programs and those battling life-threatening diseases.

The purpose-driven growth at ChoiceLocal has also translated over into the business world as well. Clients are receiving state-of-the-art marketing services and campaigns while the ROI allows for the 10% contributions to charities and other efforts.
