What This Season Is Really Reminding Me Of...

As we wrap up the year, I'm struck by the lessons, the growth, and the gratitude that shaped my journey.

Change—though rarely easy—is often the greatest teacher.

Kerrie

Dear SUCCESS family,

As the holidays approach, I'm always struck by the unique blend of emotions that accompany this time of year. There's excitement—the warm gatherings, the fresh energy, the promise of new beginnings—but also deep reflection.

What do I mean by this? Well…

This season invites us to look back with honesty and gratitude, to acknowledge how far we've come, and to evaluate where we want to go next. And, for me, after more than three decades in the media business, this has been one of the most transformative years of my life. I've navigated a divorce, multiple house moves, shifting family dynamics, and the everyday work of keeping my kids happy, healthy, and grounded.

At the same time, SUCCESS® has undergone its own evolution through a corporate restructuring that required resilience, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through all of it, I'm reminded that change—though rarely easy—is often the greatest teacher.

This year has also made me smile.

I am grateful for the pivotal moments that have shaped both my personal and professional development. And, throughout these moments, I've had the privilege of connecting with recognizable personalities whose wisdom has encouraged me to keep going based on the truth that change is not only inevitable but also necessary.

Some of the conversations that most influenced me include:

Russell Brunson, who reinforced the power of reinvention and owning your vision

Maria Menounos, who reminded me of the beauty of being present, even in seasons of uncertainty

Tim & Demi-Leigh Tebow, who shared how purpose, service, and partnership strengthen leadership

Nick Cannon, who offered an honest look at balancing creativity, ambition, and responsibility

Wilmer Valderrama, who spoke deeply about identity, legacy, and showing up for others

These interviews, among many others, helped illuminate the themes that defined my year: lessons learned, gratitude expressed, and countless reminders to slow down and truly be present.

And, despite the challenges, I can genuinely say that all is good. Every twist and turn has brought clarity and renewed purpose.

As we close out this year, I want to thank our SUCCESS® family for walking this journey with us.

Your engagement, your curiosity, and your commitment to growth are what fuel this brand every single day. With that being said, I remain optimistic and energized as we step into a new chapter.

I am truly honored to also announce that today we are releasing our January/February 2026 Leadership Issue, featuring Dean and Lisa Graziosi—a powerful duo whose insights set the tone for a year of impact, courage, and meaningful leadership. You will not want to miss it.

With gratitude,
Kerrie Lee Brown
