Opportunities are never missed; they’re just given to someone else.

Glenn

As the Managing Director and Publisher of SUCCESS® Enterprises, I have the privilege of helping guide one of the most trusted names in personal development into its next chapter.

My connection to SUCCESS® goes back more than 30 years. In the early 1990s, I was a young salesperson looking for inspiration anywhere I could find it. I’d head to the bookstore, back when there were bookstores, and pick up SUCCESS® magazine from the shelves. I listened to the CDs, read every article, and took in the lessons from the leaders featured in those pages. Those ideas shaped how I approached business and life. They taught me that success isn’t about luck—it’s about mindset, growth, and consistent effort.

In 2020, we had the opportunity to acquire SUCCESS®. I’ve always believed that opportunities are never missed; they’re just given to someone else. This was one I didn’t want to let pass by. Over the past five years, our team has learned a lot about what it takes to honor a legacy brand while building for the future.

We’ve brought together an amazing group of people, including Kerrie Lee Brown, our Chief Content Officer and Editor-in-Chief, and Courtland Warren, our Head of Faculty for SUCCESS Coaching™. Together, we are reimagining SUCCESS® for the modern world—streamlining how we operate, embracing AI as a creative partner, and focusing on content and coaching that help people become more, achieve more, and build stronger relationships.

This isn’t just about business or real estate. It’s about helping people grow in every area of life. SUCCESS® has always been about the whole person, and that continues to be our focus.

I’m excited for what’s ahead and grateful to reconnect with the SUCCESS® community. The message that inspired me as a young salesperson still holds true today: growth never goes out of style.
