“I invest in the Redding, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia areas, renting housing to lower-income individuals,” Jefferson says. He adds that he remembers what it was like trying to find suitable housing while he was a kid. It’s something he wishes nobody should ever experience.
“So, whenever I buy a property, we rehab them from top to bottom and turn them into nice places where people can live. Most of them are good people who deserve a second chance, and I’m glad to be in a position to help.”
