Eligibility. This SUCCESS Holiday Giveaway(the “Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the continental United States, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Sponsorship. The Giveaway sponsor is Success® Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 750 North St. Paul St., Suite 250, PMB 30053, Dallas, Texas 75201. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Prize Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period on Winners will be selected on December 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th and notified by Instagram DM the following day. If a winner does not respond to the notification and claim their prize within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly selected. at Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. The specifics of the prizes will be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitutions will be permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes are non-transferable and subject to income tax. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local income taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any winner of a prize valued in excess of $600.00 at the time of award must provide his or her social security number, EIN, or TIN to Sponsor and shall receive an IRS Form 1099, if required. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All prizes will be sent by UPS, FedEx, USPS or similar carrier at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.
General Terms. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway. Winners’ Names. The name of winners are available only within ten (10) days after the close of the Giveaway. To receive the name of the winners, where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the GiveawayOfficial Rules, please contact Sponsor by mail at the above-listed address.
