Glenn Sanford is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of eXp World Holdings (Nasdaq: EXPI) and CEO of eXp Realty — one of the largest independent real estate companies in the world, with more than 85,000 agents across 27 countries. He also serves as the Publisher and Managing Director of SUCCESS® Enterprises, guiding the iconic 129-year-old brand into a new era of digital transformation.

After executive roles at several technology companies — including founding the e-commerce logistics firm eShippers.com in 1998 — Glenn entered real estate in 2002. By 2006, his team was closing over $60 million a year in volume, ranking among the top 50 teams nationally with Keller Williams. When the 2008 housing crash wiped out his first boutique brokerage, he started from a blank sheet of paper.
