Courtland Warren

Courtland Warren is a global mindset strategist, transformational coach, and TEDx speaker with more than 20 years and 15,000+ hours of live training experience, having served over 48,000 people across North America, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. As the Founding Faculty and Program Lead for SUCCESS Coaching™, he stands at the intersection of behavioral science and human potential, guiding leaders through identity-first transformation.

Growing up in Idabel, Oklahoma, Courtland was raised on the east side of the town's railroad tracks — a dividing line that shaped his early worldview. Following his parents' divorce, his father was largely absent, but left a lasting gift: a crate of self-improvement books delivered to one of Courtland's high school track meets, stacked with titles like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. That moment ignited a lifelong pursuit of personal mastery.

After studying organizational behavior at Oklahoma State University and a stint in the oil and gas industry, Courtland found his calling in transformation. He spent two decades as a facilitator and keynote speaker at PSI Seminars, one of the oldest personal development firms in the country, before launching his own consulting practice in 2023. He has shared the stage with Bob Proctor, Wayne Dyer, Lisa Nichols, and Marshall Thurber.

His TEDx talk, "An Elevated Talk On Race," is a gripping, unscripted reenactment of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre that has been widely praised for elevating the national conversation on race relations. An avid competitive golfer, Courtland currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
