Dr. David Bach

Dr. David Bach is the Founder and CEO of Optios, a neuro-technology company at the intersection of AI, neuroscience and human performance. Grounded in more than $350M in DARPA-funded research over 15 years, Optios has developed a proprietary brain database with 15,000+ hours of ecologically valid recordings from elite performers, including professional snipers, pilots and athletes, along with 100,000+ contextual labels. The platform combines physiological data points with environmental context and learns how to interact in real time to optimize human performance. Harvard-trained as a physician and neuroscientist, David is a serial entrepreneur who founded and built three prior technology companies. His last company, Leprechaun, returned 90x to Series A investors in three and a half years. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he was also a venture capitalist, management consultant, scientist, physician and martial artist.
