According to American Express OPEN’s latest State of Women-Owned Businesses Report, there are more than 8.3 million female owned businesses in the U.S., generating more than $1 trillion in annual revenue. Encouraging more women in business are people such as Weili Dai, the only woman to co-found an American semi-conductor firm. Dai joins former SUCCESS Publisher Darren Hardy to discuss the secrets of running a successful worldwide company.
