A 12-time Ironman triathlete and 18-time Boston Marathon runner, Jonathan Roche wasn’t always an award-winning fitness expert. He was forced to change his way of thinking after witnessing firsthand how health problems can ruin families. In Roche’s interview with former SUCCESS Publisher Darren Hardy, you can almost feel his passion to help others improve their health.
This interview appears on the SUCCESS Talks Collection, available in the September 2013 edition of SUCCESS magazine.
“We all have 168 hours in a week. And if you look at exercise while focusing on quality versus quantity, you don’t need a ton of time; you just need to be really focused for two to three hours out of those 168 hours a week… If you’re spending time watching TV or on Facebook and you say you don’t have time to exercise, it’s just simply not true.”
