FitKit: Spark & Hustle a Healthy Lifestyle has partnered with Lifetime Moms to introduce you to some outstanding women. These women are a lot like you—they range from stay-at-home moms to successful career women, entrepreneurs and CEOs of their homes. They all attended Tory Johnson’s Spark & Hustle women’s conference this summer to learn more about growing their small business and found they learned something about themselves. We’ll feature one Lifetime Moms attendee from each city’s stop on the Spark & Hustle conference.

Meet Amie Hoff “Don’t be upset by the results you didn’t get by the work you didn’t do.” Amie Hoff works her way to success—literally and physically. She loves the stillness of the morning after a snowfall, but she’s a sucker for adventure, too. As a fitness consultant, this active woman has a goal: to turn people’s lives around by helping them get fit and healthy. Not everyone loves to swim, cycle and run in triathlons like Amie, and gym memberships can get pricey. Instead, she wants to give you another option. FitKit is Amie’s solution to help people get fit—a fitness training library that can be utilized anywhere at any time. Developed and launched last year, the FitKit is Total Fitness in a Kit. With more than 250 exercises included in the kit’s library, people wanting to add a little health to their life can choose from strength, cardio and flexibility workouts. Even more recently, FitKit50+ was launched, and this spinoff focuses on balance, coordination and stability. The idea and process of a startup was scary for Amie—but adrenaline-charged at the same time. With so much to learn about launching a business, she knew that Tory Johnson’s Spark & Hustle annual women’s conference tour was a mandatory event on her calendar. “I learned so many things!” Amie says. “People buy YOU first, then your company, then your product. This one nugget had me thinking about my business, branding and website.” With the insight she gained, Amie had the “spark” and dived in right after the event to improve her business. Already she has edited and branded by using herself as the face of the product. And she’s not stopping there—she is moving her company to the next level with the wisdom and enthusiasm she received from Spark & Hustle. Amie’s original goal was to help people fit in fitness—and to her, success is making a difference in someone’s life. With FitKit, she’s giving people the opportunity to improve their quality of life with fitness and healthy habits. “Success to me is a feeling… that I did the best I could.” Cheers to a healthy venture, in business and well-being.
