Ben Saunders: Our Exploratory Instinct

Ben Saunders, a British endurance athlete, motivational speaker and polar explorer, talks to Darren Hardy about how we, as human beings, are compelled to explore and how we can still satisfy that instinct without trekking to the North or South Pole. 

“There’s something innate in us that drives us to discover, to travel, to seek out new things, new experiences, new people. In a very basic sense that’s why we’ve prospered as a species. We have a thirst for knowledge and for discovery.”
