Khushbu Shah is a writer, editor and photographer. While she is a native Michigander, she currently resides in Brooklyn, New York and is the Deputy Food Editor at Mic.com. When she isn't writing about or taking pictures of food, she can usually be found eating it—she is particularly partial to ice cream and a really good plate of fresh pasta.
