1. What is right about you?

Take out a sheet of paper, and in 30 seconds or less, write down what’s right about you.

2. Upgrade your verbal software.

Language is the software of the mind. How do you talk about yourself when you talk?

3. Own the room.

Look to the right, look to the left, and say, Today, I’m going to make it happen.

These things build your self-confidence from the inside out.
