Thank you for compiling these quotes. I needed to acknowledge the elephant in the room. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve been at war with myself for far too long. Today, Calamity Chaos (Me) was ready for a standoff. Sheriff Shine stepped in and put the cuffs on. From this day forward, I refuse to let Calamity run wild and free. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’m taking control and running (Forrest Gump style) all the way to a victorious life! Thank you Shine Staff, for the uplifting words, dedication and countless hours of research that have, no doubt; contributed to the healing and success of your readers!

    Sincerely,

    Cali

Reading this makes so much sense to me. For months I was jjust depressed and not caring about myself at all
I kept praying for small starts. Get out of bed. Pray
I started wearing a little makeup, bought a few inexpensive clothes. Made a doctor appointment and started talking.
I learned I am a strong and lind woman. Only I had been bei3 strong and kind more for others than myself. Today I am up early. Cleaning my house. Reading and writing. I am positive in my goals. My aspirations. My confidence is strong and my abilities are evident. I have come a long way in a short time. I feel strong my story will be told in a book. I have learned a lot and feel strongly sharing will help me as well as many others.
