Norman Vincent Peale
Norman Vincent Peale was a minister, author and progenitor of the theory of "positive thinking." He founded Guideposts magazine and published best sellers including The Art of Living, Confident Living and his most popular, The Power of Positive Thinking. For 54 years, Peale's weekly radio program, The Art of Living, was broadcast on NBC. His life was the subject of the 1964 movie, One Man's Way.
