Where do I find the download I ordered?
You can access your downloads on your “My Account” page. Please note that these links will expire, so be sure to back up your downloaded material.
Will this MP3 work on my iTunes or iPod?
Yes, our MP3s are in a standard format which will be readable by your iTunes account and your iPod. Please contact Apple Support if it is not showing in your iTunes library.
Where can I seek permission to quote an article?
Please contact us directly at customerservice@success.com with your information. We will need to know your intended quote and where it will be published.
Do you have bulk pricing?
All bulk pricing is listed online or can be quoted by phone. For larger orders, please call for pricing at 1-877-929-0439 or email us directly at customerservice@success.com
Do you allow reseller accounts?
Yes, we do occasionally take resellers. Please contact us directly at customerservice@success.com for additional information.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item for up to 180 days after the order date. When returning product(s), we ask that you include a copy of the original Invoice and note your reason for return. Please tell us if you are requesting a refund or an exchange for another product. Once we have received your items, we will issue a refund or ship the exchanged product. Same Day Shipping
Orders placed M-F before NOON (12pm) CST will ship same business day. (Contingent upon product availability).
Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday ONLY. Overnight Orders placed by NOON Friday will arrive on MONDAY. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; only physical street addresses.

What is FedEx International Mail?
FedEx International Mail is a service that FedEx provides to ship internationally using the local postal service.
How does FedEx International Mail work?
A FedEx courier will pick up your order and take it to a FedEx mail sorting facility. The postal agency sorts, stamps and transports your mail directly to the appropriate foreign postal authorities. The foreign postal authorities deliver your mail.
How long does FedEx International Mail take for delivery?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. With any postal service, weather and customs may delay your order further. Use FedEx International Mail to send materials that are less time sensitive than those you would ship using FedEx shipping services.
Will I receive tracking information if I ship with FedEx International Mail?
No, since your order will be shipped via the postal service, there will not be any tracking information.

Does SUCCESS accept freelance submissions?
Yes. However, due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we cannot respond to every request. Story ideas or pitches should be submitted in writing to editor@success.com. Please paste information in the body of the email when possible. If you must attach documents, please keep file sizes to a minimum. Include "freelance" in the subject line. Freelance submissions accompanied by published clips and documented writing experience are preferred. All submissions are considered.
What is the necessary lead time for story ideas?
The earlier the better. The magazine works six months in advance of each issue, but often we plan up to a year ahead for seasonal features or events.
How do I submit a book for possible review or consideration?

Where can I submit my letter to the editor?
To have your comments considered for SUCCESS Letters to the Editor, please send an email to editor@success.com. Please include "Letters" in the subject line. Letters that include your full name and city, and mention specific articles or audio interviews are more likely to be published. Don't like something? Tell us! We welcome candid feedback from our readers. If we choose to run your comments, we will contact you to let you know in what month your letter will appear and to confirm your permission.
How can I get a media kit for SUCCESS?

How do I download the audio from each issue?
Flip to page 32-33 in the digital edition of the magazine. Simply click on each speaker's photo to listen to their track from the CD. Alternatively, to download a zip file containing MP3s for the whole CD, click the "Download the Full CD" button in the right-hand portion of the page.
I am a print subscriber. Will I still receive the print/hard copy every month?
We include complimentary access to the digital edition free of charge for the duration of your hard-copy print subscription. Your hard-copy magazines will still arrive in the mail, beginning 6-8 weeks after the date of purchase.
Where are the rest of the back issues?
We are working on an archive but there is no release date planned as of yet.
Imirus says they no longer offer Success Magazine. What happened?
Success Magazine no longer uses the Imirus system to provide magazines, but has an improved digital edition that will always be available at http://digital.success.com/.

How do I access the MP3 files for the monthly audio CD?
Log in to the digital edition and flip to the Bonus Audio Downloads page in the magazine. It is usually around page 32 but occasionally moves to a different spot. Click on each person’s photo to download their corresponding MP3.

Why hasn't the new issue appeared on my iPad or iPhone?
The issues will refresh when either...
- If the app is closed completely, the next time it is re-opened
- If the app is not closed, within 12 hours
To close an App completely without opening it:
- Double tap the home button and all Apps running will appear at the bottom of the iPad.
- Hold down the app for a few seconds until a red dash appears next to the app.
- Click on the red dash next to both the app and the newsstand app and both will now close.
- Once you go back into Newsstand from the home page and open the app again you will have your new issue
As stated above if you do not close out and re-open the app the app will automatically update with the new issue within 12hrs.
Is there an Android application?
Yes, SUCCESS magazine offers an Android application, available in the Android Market. Just search for “Success magazine.”
The Android application is terrible, does not work correctly, etc.
SUCCESS magazine’s application for the Android platform is a work in progress. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Android platform and all the various devices it runs on, the app will not work the same on every tablet, mobile phone, or other Android device. We will take these issues into account and will attempt to correct.
