Where do I find the Digital Download or MP3 I purchased on the SUCCESS Store?

Will this Digital Download work on my mobile or tablet device?

Yes, our MP3s are in a standard format which will be readable by your mobile or tablet device. For Apple users, you may download the MP3 to your iTunes library and then sync to your Apple device, including iPhone, iPod and iPad. Please contact Apple Support if it is not showing in your iTunes library.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES OF CDs, DVDs, PRINT ITEMS, AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL. The SUCCESS Store will accept returns or exchanges of other items within thirty (30) days of date of shipment. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will apply. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items. All items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Order Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm Central Time will ship same business day. (Contingent upon product availability). Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday ONLY. Overnight Orders placed by 12pm Central Time Friday will arrive on Monday. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; only physical street addresses.

Many SUCCESS Products are available as digital downloads, which are delivered direct to your inbox with no shipping charges. This is a great option for International customers that may incur costly shipping fees.

How long does FedEx International Mail take for delivery?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. With any postal service, weather and customs may delay your order further. For faster delivery and no shipping charges, SUCCESS digital products, such as e-books and MP3s are a great option for International customers.

Subscriptions

I didn't receive my print issue of SUCCESS magazine. My issue arrived damaged.

How do I order back issues of SUCCESS magazine?

Back issues may be purchased from the year 2008 to present. SUCCESS magazine was under different ownership prior to 2008, so we do not have access to archives before that.

How long does it take to receive my first issue of SUCCESS?

Please allow six to eight weeks for your first issue to arrive.

Do you have bulk pricing for magazines?

SUCCESS Magazine App and Digital Edition

How do I access my digital issue?

The digital edition is available at http://digital.success.com/. There, you may preview the magazine, or login to view and download the entire issue.

I cannot log into my digital issue of SUCCESS.

How do I download the audio from each issue?

Flip to page 32-33 in the digital edition of the magazine. Simply click on each speaker's photo to listen to their track from the CD. Alternatively, to download a zip file containing MP3s for the whole CD, click the "Download the Full CD" button in the right-hand portion of the page.

I am a print subscriber. Do I receive the digital issue?

We include complimentary access to the digital edition free of charge for the duration of your print subscription. Your hard-copy magazines will still arrive in the mail, beginning 6-8 weeks after the date of purchase

Freelance writers may send detailed pitches to editor@success.com, along with clips from previously published work. Submissions specifically for SUCCESS.com should be sent to webeditor@success.com

How do I pitch SUCCESS magazine?

Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we cannot respond to every request. Story ideas or pitches should be submitted to editor@success.com. Pitches specifically for SUCCESS.com should be sent to webeditor@success.com. Please paste information in the body of the email when possible. If you must attach documents, please keep file sizes to a minimum. All submissions are read and considered.

What is the necessary lead time for magazine story ideas?

The earlier the better. The magazine works six months in advance of each issue, but often we plan up to a year ahead for seasonal features or events.

May I obtain permissions to use SUCCESS material found in the magazine or website?

If you wish to quote several sentences from an article for personal or educational purposes, you may do so provided that you give credit to SUCCESS magazine, the article author and for online use, provide a link to the source article. 

However, you may not quote more than that without written permission from SUCCESS and in some cases, payment to the author, who is the owner of its intellectual property. Please email webeditor@success.com with the name of the article, author and magazine issue for which you are requesting permission, and a brief description how and where you'll use the SUCCESS material.

You may not repost entire SUCCESS.com articles to your website or newsletter without copyright permission.

If you've been featured in the magazine and would like reproductions, you might consider purchasing reprints. Reprint service will enable you to purchase and customize print copies of individual articles, which may be used for individual or business media kits, press release campaigns and other promotional purposes. Average quantity for print reprints is 100. To find more information or to inquire about smaller print runs, please email editor@SUCCESS.com.

Where can I submit my letter to the editor?

To have your comments considered for SUCCESS Letters to the Editor, please send an email to editor@success.com. Please include "Letters" in the subject line. Letters that include your full name and city, and mention specific articles or audio interviews are more likely to be published. If we choose to run your comments, we will contact you to let you know in what month your letter will appear and to confirm your permission.
