I appreciate an organized way to collect info. Thank you. I'm curious if there is another meaning for WIFFM, or if maybe it was a typo oversight on the form? I am very familiar with everyone's favorite radio station, WII-FM, which stands for: What's In It For Me?

I was hoping the form had all the items you mentioned on the CD. The things you listed on the CD are the things I want to know also. Are you planning on revising this form? I can't remember everything you listed and it was so juicy.
